With 2 on 1 training, people get a superior workout experience while building relationships that help to increase personal accountability , so they have fun and stick with it in a partnership effort.

Each session accommodates approximately four attendees and features fun, safe, and effective movements to help people achieve their fitness goals. We start by meeting with each participant individually and give you a comprehensive physical evaluation that includes assessing posture, flexibility, core function, strength, balance, movement skills, and your health and nutrition history.

Additionally, VAF trainers are able to tailor training to each individual’s needs because our 2 on 1 training is designed to improve motivation, accountability, and results. We’ll take the time to make adjustments, improve technique, answer questions, and provide the motivation that people need to keep coming back and achieve their goal!
